I've gone on kind of a writing bender lately. I hadn't written anything for over a month . . . and then a couple of nights ago I just sat down and literally wrote all night. I think it was G. She told me I was reading too much, stop reading for a while."What kind of a person tells someone to stop reading?" I said. "You're consuming too much," she said. So I'm writing again. I'm still behind, but I'm not very far from being caught up. I've finished Part One of January Brings Few Faces and I've started on Part Two. I never intended for this to have parts like that, but it works. And until I got the idea (today, actually), I was stuck. Moving the story up to where I wanted to go would have required wading through a river of tedious minutiae . . . and I didn't really want to do that. This, I think, makes sense for the story . . . and hopefully it works. We'll see. But I think it will. I feel good about it. 3 Comments:Thats great to hear. Good for you.
